Orders placed during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time, ATF observes all national holidays) will ship within 24 hours of payment. If you require Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery, call ATF to place your order 1-866-916-1155.
ATF uses UPS shipping services and provides UPS tracking numbers for parts orders. ATF uses R&L carriers to ship transmissions truck freight. Transmissions are sealed and crated or palleted securely to ensure safe transport. If you have any questions about shipping your order please call us.
Canadian and international orders:
Any taxes, duties or fees required are paid by the customer. ATF ships worldwide, please call us if you have any questions.
To return an item:
The product to be returned must be unused and/or undamaged in sellable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase to avoid a restocking fee. Call ATF to get a Return Authorization Number. Then, place the Return Authorization Number on the box or boxes to be returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner.
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid—no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

Parts returned beyond 30 days from the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee.
Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. After we process the refund, your bank may take 7-10 days to post a credit back to your account.
Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by a company issued refund check sent via U.S. Mail.
